Wapiti
Hi Guys:
Our collection of snow machines continues to grow (we have a Bombardier Alpine, a Muskrat, a Penguin and a Robin Nodwell as well as an M135 painted in winter camouflage (D Bty, 2 RCHA, Norway, 1982). I'm on the trail of a Flextrack and was recently given a tour of what may well be the only Ford Wapiti in existence. All I know about the Wapiti is that it was experimental, built by Ford and just a bit bigger than a Peguin. Can anyone add to the Wapiti story? Does anyone have any photos of it on trial or in service? Cheers! Mike
