Monegeeta, the Australian Army proving Ground in WW2
 Canadian F15 at Monegeeta. Chalked on the door is "won't idle". For years I had wondered where many of the official pictures taken of Australian CMPs were taken. The common element is a row of pine trees. Now the location is revealed in an excellent 2 page article on the old CMP site by Mike Cecil, of the Australian War Memorial who wrote it specifically for the site.
