I most likey will have to produce the 35A part, i don't forsee it being the problem since the carrier is being used for static displays and parades, not to go yahooing down the road, so using the brakes to steer is not a problem at 5 to 8mph, everything does work everything is new except the parts mentioned. anywho thanks for the info , less confused now

Mike your bogie with the wavy spokes could be a T16 wheel if I understand you correctly. Do the spokes curve one way? If so then that is what it is.
