The 1st Canadian Armoured Personal Carrier Regt.{ The Kangaroos}About 1-1/2" W by 1-3/4" H [inches] a brass kangaroo standing on a mound with the motto " ARMATOS FUNDIT" on the bottom. Looks like the origional lugs on the back with no makers mark. As others have said before me, the arm and head are in the proper place ,it does not bend easy,BUT as I bought this as a copy(or restrike) so shall I sell it I just don't have the expertise to sell it otherwise.Just excellent strike, great detail, almost mint (Ref; C57 &C57a Maz'eas) This Regiment was formed in Holland on Oct.24th,1944, serving under the British79th Armoured Division It was equipped with converted"RAM" tanks called "Kangaroos" used to carry assault troops through fire zones The Regiment was disbanded in Germany May 11,1945.{Ref B44, F.R.Tripp}
