Canada and Quebec? I note with interest the Lootenant Governor's distinction.
Mebee they already separated - let's see, they have a National Assembly, don't fly our flag, have big-assed signs on the TCH (Hwy 20) and Hwy 40 east and west, welcoming French speaking visitors to the national capital... Why are we still sending them transfer payments?
