Methinks Peter is right. It looks to be a vision block for a Fox (Parker gave me one years ago).

BTW, I do have a periscope M6 with graduated reticle, for a Sherman, if someone wants it. Pretty good shape, but I have no idea why I bought it (why do we buy half of what we have??)
