Default Are you kidding....

I am afraid casting is beyond my skill level...... such a structural peice would have to be done very carfully.... or the bumper might fall off.... personaly I would prefer making one from welded flat pieces and welding than a casting..... beside you would need one for each side as they are curved and angled differently.

Ther are a few small shops that does casting around Ottawa but most is for ornemental use..... where strenght is not an issue....
but usually do a lot of pot metal and cast iron...like filials for wrought iron fencing.....casting high quality steel parts?????
