WWII CANADA - 1st CANADIAN ARMOURED CARRIER REGIMENT / 79th BRITISH ARMOURED DIVISION (Mazeas C.57), offering one "ORIGINAL" 1944-1945 issue brass cap badge, motto ARMAT0S FUNDIT with oval "0". Badge with properly positioned, original lug fasteners (loops), as worn. Badge shows good honest wear with light polishing to relief. This unit was formed in Holland in 1944 being under British command, forming part of the 79th British Armoured Division. They were equipped with coverted RAM tanks, named "KANGAOOS", which carried assault infantry into battle. SCARCER BADGE!
