"you have advanced rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and are out of control, am referring you to a rheumatologist, now go home and come back and see me next week." : I'm hungry and cranky and sore and ever-so-desperately in need of my little addictions (picture in picture above) (I forgot to add the Blue Zig Zag cigarette papers and the computer/mouse to that picture ... next time!
