Well here is a photo of it when I first picked it up. It had belonged to a Bush Fire Brigade West of Katoomba NSW and had not gone in many years.
So after 1000 Klm transport up to Brisbane and 4mths of much work the beast was on full road rego and completed a 9000 klm road trip throught central Australia as part of the VP50 bash in 1995.
It did an average of 7.5mpg(Imp Gals that is) and consumed $3000 worth of fuel.
