Warrior's Day 2003 part 2
For the first time in 82 years, the Warrior's Day parade will not happen.
Due to the recent power black-out, no electrified public transit is operable, therefore the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) will not even open its doors until Monday , three days later than scheduled. Since 2003 is the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals, special events were to occur at Warrior's Day. Alas, not to be.
