Fine the Military??!!  That's rich. They can go ahead and try but I doubt that when the next "Ice Storm" or Native Protest a la Oka hits, the Black Watch will be too anxious to help. :idea: Actually, since they're likely a million time more professional that a Montreal Public Servant, they'll be there fo the city and do an excellent job.
