This ambulance appeared at a London to Brighton run many years ago an certainly caused a stir due to it being so rare, at about the same time a friend of mine on the Marsh was also restoring a GS tender version unfortunatly he fitted a wooden civilian type body. Prehaps the thought of trying to reproduce those pressed body panels was to daunting
