Default fuel tanks in the snow

HELLO ROLF
Hope you ar well i have just found a picture of an ambulance
and it showes the heater you can just make out the fuel cap on top of the fuel tank it looks to me as though you would have to climb onto the roof the fill up the tank for the heater ok in nice dry weather but in arctic conditions it must have been somewhat of
a problem i bet that was a job no one wanted imagine climbing
that rear ladder with a can of petrol in freezing conditions not to mention walking on the roof on snow . vic uk
