Harsh?...sure... and these same rules applied to the Canadian Forces until very recently, including the death penalty for certain offences.
Thanks Jon, for giving me some answers now I'll just have to search to find out what "jankers" and "glasshouse" means. I already know what "bastard" means (don't ask)
