The front cab door frames and the door tops are original and all there.

The only timber I could see in the body frame was a 1" thick batten that ran around the rear of the body. Unfortunately, that batten is what the hinges for the rear doors are bolted to, and on this truck the timber had rotted and the bolts for the hinges had pulled through. The rear doors were wired in place and could not be opened, but a peek in the louvres saw what the nurse saw ( !), and all the stretcher racks are still there.
