Benalla
Vincent, that looks like a pic from my website...
Here's another view:  Benalla is a couple of hours North of Melbourne and this carrier had no dataplate and the rear crossmember was too rusty to be legible. It was in a scrapyard which no longer exists so I can only assume it's been recycled, sadly. Here's the link to the page.
