| Bart Vanderveen photos

I am looking for a photo used in Bart Vanderveen's book on WWI vehicles. This is the Case armoured car used by a CEF unit in 1915 and purportedly brought to France by them. Would anyone know where I can find a better print than that shown in the book? Is Bart's family known to anyone? Does anyone have the name and address of the publisher (I don't own a copy of this book)? (Request also listed in the Restoration Forum 'acause I posted it there without thinking )

Hello, the book is "The observer's Army Vehcle directory to 1940", it was published by Frederick warne & co. Ltd. london. The copyright was of the Olyslager Organisation BV. ISBN no. is 0 7232 1540 5 . As far as I know the complete archive of Bart Vanderveen was donated to the Marchal Museum at Zwijndrecht Holland, which has become a part of the "liberty Parc" at Overloon Holland. Greetings Hendrik
