hello bill, and merry christmas!!


i think the truck in the pic is one of the m35 series of postwar 2-1/2 tonners. if you look at the front of the fender you can see that it is angled down, but the rear of the same fender has been bent way out of shape, giving it a rounded look, much like an international. the other thing is if you look closely at the top left of the drivers door you can see a triangular shape, which is a staple of the m35. having said all of this, the hood is either propped up, bent, or wrong for the truck. i say this because there is an access panel which normally sits between the top of the fender, and the side of the hood, which is removable, and the side of the hood is supposed to sit parallel with the top of the fender, not at an angle to it. attached is a pic of an m-35, which was originally produced by reo motors around 1951, but over the following decades was produced by studebaker, curtis wright, kaiser jeep, a.m. general, and in canada by bombardier.
