When you have your picture opened in Paint Shop Pro go to image then resize and you'll come up with this screen. Set the resolution first (200 pixels per inch works) then make sure the lock aspect ratio is checked and set the width to 600 pixels. The number in the aspect ratio box will differ depending on the shape of your picture. The print size stuff isn't important. Now click on OK and then you have to save it.
