Without rehashing the business ethics question..... I have downloaded both the Chev and Ford manuals from the above link and found them very informative. One caveat, there are some letters missing in the sequence of the sections, this may (unconfirmed) mean that the download manuals are not 100% complete. Does anyone know for sure about this?
