An interesting series of photos – they seem to depict 2 slight variations of body – in pictures 2 & 6 there is some sort of handwheel partially recessed into the rear deck on the (UK) nearside, also the winch “cover plate” above this has more of a radius – pictures 4 & 8 have no such handwheel and the cover is a different shape.
Are these definitely all fordsons? (I can’t recall if any other makes were used) – compare the side of the bonnet (hood) in picture 1 with that in 2 & 3.
Les, I was particularly intrigued by picture 6 (JMG 982) which appears to be in some sort of “ship” – I wonder – is it a Landing Barge? Do you have any info to go with the picture?
