As an aside I spoke to a guy who had offered to buy this Carrier at least 20 if not more years ago. No was the reply, I'm going to shed it and restore it. It was then dragged into the scrub where it lay deteriorating until sold the other day. Never mind. Hopefully it will now be restored. Even if the new owner wasn't aware it was a Strickland it is still a rare and unique vehicle.
