The news was good: no polyps and its not a toomah! 
I think I cracked the medical team up when when I remarked that at least I know what to expect if I'm ever abducted by Aliens. 
Only problem now is that instead of a pppffffttttt! sound when I fart it now goes wwhhhoooo!
