Default Three, I think

The Shilo museum in Manitoba, the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa and a private one belonging to a fellow in Quebec, though I haven't heard anything about this one in a long time. A fourth was sold to an American a couple of years back and is now in Utah, perhaps the only one in the USA.
