Les,
Found this image of a Canadian 604 in Holland with a D7 on the back. There are a couple of interesting details on trailer. 1. No toolbox on swan-neck 2. Folding "Bees Knees" ramps (as per your timber carrier and earlier Mack EXBX and White 920) as against standard triangular ramps. Trying to find SM contract number since 604 / Trailmobile combination definitely used by RE as well as RCE in NW Europe 44-45! David
