Hi Barry,
The main thing that went in the box was the starting handle. I would imagine also, it would have had a plug spanner and spare plugs also. These types of equipment (ie charging sets, gennys, etc.) usually came with its own small tool kit and a few spares along with a manual, so that the operator could maintain it.
