Steps = runningboard....
To the best of my knowledge only the cab 13 has the holes in the lower floor rocker panel..... for a lack of better words.
The cab 11 and cab 12 had a 1/4 inch floor...... 1/2 inch reinforcement corner plates..... but basically it has no room or no place for any such holes. The steps or running board and the support legs on both the cab 11/12 and the cab 13 are all bolted to the side of the frame...... Boob
