I bought my copy of the factory photos CD from Clive Law who is the driving force behind the publisher http://www.servicepub.com/ I have no idea what he would have to charge for postage to New Zealand but I'm sure he'd be happy to give you an estimate.
I'm not aware of anyone publishing a CD of the service bulletins for CMPs but Alex Blair sells a paper reproduction of the Chevrolet Service Bulletins (maybe Ford too?) in the same style as his reproduction manuals.
