I was already into Nigel's book on the 28th July. Purchased on the first day of sale at the War and Peace show. (I sent my friend Ray to buy it for me)
Anyway, as you say, a great book and a great effort. Thankyou Nigel for answering so many questions( and generating a few more)I cant wait for the next two volumes.
