A few years ago I bought six carriers to cut up for parts. They all had front armour but no side armour. The company that originally bought them in 1946, did so to get the side armour for grader blade edges. When I was working on them Peter Simundson took photos of the camo on the front armour. It was two colour green on three of the six carriers and maybe he still has the photos. These obviously never saw Europe but the camo must have been applied by the military. One carrier that I still haven't been able to spring from the guy is a 2 pdr. with no gun.
