It was seeing your list and expanding on it that gave me the idea of Wetter. Ironically, the engine is out of a Fordson WOT6 Machinery truck, ie. a REME mobile workshop. The whole vehicle appears to have been rebuilt in 1952, same year as the engine, so it was probably done over there. I love this detective work
