CMP 15-cwt dimensions: height to cab roof?

Dirk, Hendrik, thanks for posting and confirming the details!

Measurements for C15A / F15A Cab 13 with GS body, gleaned from several publications:
- l x w: 171" (434,3 cm) x 88" (223,5 cm)
- h: 90" (228,6 cm) to top of cab roof; 97" (246,4 cm) - 102" (259,1 cm) to top of canvas canopy, depending on the source.

Hmmm, how come the height of these trucks always causes problems for storage?!? They should have been built with soft top cabs and fold-down windows.
