American non-directional tread - aren't they available in the US?
Hmmm, Coker lists them as "special order item", which probably means they wait until they have enough orders to buy a batch from a company like MRF

I noted that MRF has these in 0 (for 6" width rim) and 5 degree taper bead (for 6.5" width rim) ... which ones did you order?
