Bob, I am not sure of the original purpose of this structure but there sure are a lot of possibilities. As you can see from the accompanying photo it is stuck in the middle of a couple of roadways. There is a balcony on the back but I couldn't get a good look at it. You could sure have a nice room on that third floor for your militaria collection and vehicle storage on the bottom.
