Marco,

Thanks for the photos they will be a great help.

In action photos of any sort seem to be very few and far between although I have a vague memory of a photo of one pulled up on the curb infront of some shops / hotel "somewhere in Europe" but cannot for the live of me think where I have seen the photo.
