No turkey for us
Because it's not freezing cold here we tend to minimise the stodge.
When our families combine we all contribute items of food including these gems... Home cured ocean trout  Honey cured ham  Various salads  And my contribution this year was rare fillet of beef rolled in ground peppercorns served with a horseradish sauce.
