Default it's a T72 TD21 or VD 21 i think...

Basically the same truck, but the earlier T72 TD or whatever the VD engineering code was, as the headlights are in the 1939 and 1940 location, rather than the 1941-up wing top location used on the T116 WD 21 series like the panel van above.

Close though, and a rare truck even as a chassis and cowl.
