.. Looks like it is (or based on) a "Couse Type B - Shop, engineer, Motrosed, Aviation Battalion"
The Type A is shown in Observers F. V. Directory p39 - but on a Ford 29W 1.5 Ton 4X2. Many features in Bills photo suggests that this is an adaption of that boby to suit a 6X6 chasis - the top-hinged sides; Lfting frame on rear roof; general shape of roof; Etc. I'd be very interested to know more about these Couse Laboratories vehicles if anybody knows anything ? Noel
