Upon re-reading your earlier posts and looking at the pictures, I see I have given you some incorrect information.
The ;arge box you were asking about is the auxilery battery box where the batteries for the wireless set were kept. It should be mounted on the center rear exterior of the carrier.

The small box I was talking about mounts on top of this box. So I am not sure what box on the rear you are talking about, unless it is the bracket that holds the jack handle in place.

Looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you.
