This one needs some input from someone with an Australian Rover chassis.
The Rover used a cab 12 type chassis but with an armoured body. The circled area is where the rear spring hangar was mounted. The cab I bought recently and seen by a lot of you at Corowa came from this chassis and has a Rover dash. The cab itself was NOS when mounted so the speculation is someone had a Rover, removed the body and substituted a standard cab after some mods to the chassis including lengthening it.

Hi Keith, Why didn't you ask me. I have the chassis for Rover 77641 here and still haven't fitted the hull to it. But I am not entirely sure what you want to know. The pic to me looks like the front of the chassis.
Cheers Rod

What I was asking I suppose was were there any alterations made to the standard cab 12 chassis for the Rover? These are the details known: Chassis 25847 Engine 3G7802F Contract S/M or C/D 2126 If I had time I may be able to find the ARN in AWM 126.
