Default Met gas rear seat bracket

In one of these pics you can see the rear seat bracket that allows you to just simply slide out thr rear seat above the fuel tanks instead of the very arkward system used on all of the other carriers, where they are secured by bolts, wich are very difficult to remove

Question Hull Numbers

Ron,

It's great that you are working on yet another carrier ( How many can one bloke restore - geez leave some for the rest of us )

Can you please let us know the hull numbers of the carriers that you have so that those of us who keep database's of carrier whereabouts can record them.

It is this sort of infomation that helps people like Bob Moseley to tell you things like defence contract numbers and even manufacturers when its unknown.

Eventually we will be able to workout dates of manufacture and other details that aren't currently known.

Congrats on the latest.

Pedr

Default Data Bases

Hello Pedr,
Bob has most of the carriers recorded that I have been involved with and owned over almost fourty years,
However the problem that I have with data bases and the owners of these bases is that although the information is given freely by the carrier owners,I would like to see this responce recipricated in the same way that John Arnott does with his list of carriers, its not about trying to find out all of the secrets and where the carriers are, I have no trouble finding them, its all about doing the leg work and just not sitting back and saying I carnt find one,I feel that it would be nice to see a list put out of the known carriers that still exist there is no need to print any owners details if thats what they prefer
Pedre this is in no way intended as a critisium just my thoughts on the subject, having said all of the above I will check my records and forward the required information in a couple of days,
Regards, Ron
