He's blowing his own horn .... it needs a new floor ( you can see the buckled floor panel and rust holes ) and it isn't a straight forward restoration as he claims it would be.
The PMG ( post office ) here were still using them in the early 70's. Painted yellow , they fitted angled lids on them . I know one or two were quietly 'liberated' during the night from roadside PMG works . The Aust. pattern version ,4 or 4A ? tended to bounce around the road a lot , very hard springs on them . The US version does ride softer .. and has a handbrake . Mike
