Sorry I did not reply to your comment regarding the Cromwell I had know idea what it was so thanks for the information, Regarding the T 34s, I am not sure what I was told but it may have been Hungary? but dont hold me to that I have forgotten,it didnt seem to matter at the time when the tanks were started up, Regards Ron

Two VRNs - 37 ZR 30 & 42 ZR 00 give some idea of where these might all have come from. 37 ZR 30 = T-341363 Noted as a Churchill Mk.VII Crocadile Engine Nos recorded incl A22/19438R & A22/19537R 4 Dec 53 - Veh to 13 AVD, Paul's Grove, Portsmouth 8 Jan 68 - Veh sold off ----------------------------------------------------- 42 ZR 00 = T-252109 Noted as Churchill Mk.VII Crocadile Engine No recorded incl A22/18524 Noted in 13 AVD, Paul's Grove, Portsmouth 20 Apr 67 - Veh sold off Hope this helps...
