Try resizing them Ron.

If it still does not upload email them to me and I'll post them here. I'll clean up the thread later.

In the thread http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19 we were asked to avoid using links to photos hosted on external services to avoid having the links go dead.
If Hanno is unable to resize your images as offered above I'm willing to try, although I won't be able to add them into your original post.

Has something changed with the posting pictures facility? I've posted loads of pictures on here with no problems. All from the same source and size. I'll add a non related picture to this post as a test. Ron

OK that worked ok. So I'll re size the scan I'm trying to post. I just wonder if it's all worth it in the end? Ron

Whew it looks like it's up loaded this time.

Ron,

Other than the thumbnails now show up in a larger size, no. We did find out how to insert them in the text, though.

I downloaded the picture you posted on HMVF, and it uploaded here alright. The size off HMVF was 252 KB, and it was resized by the software here to 98.8 KB

Size:	98.8 KB

PS: see National Military History Center to auction WWII vehicles for the background of this Loyd Carrier.

HTH,
Hanno

Thanks Hanno. As you will have seen I did post the picture. But it's the first time I've had to re-size anything. But I know for next time though.

Cheers Ron

I really can't answer that one Andy. My feelings are that the owner and his sons are more interested in Steam fairs than military. I'll be doing my best to keep up communications with him. Ron
