Looking for information on a F60S

OK, here is the gen....another CMP is rising from the brown rust here in Windsor Ontario. The fellow, who will remain anonymous for the moment but has approached me and I visited his truck which is a Ford. Same crab distributor configuration and as mine. It is a 134 in wheel base and with single rear end with 20 inch rims. It has a tire pump on it as well as the brake booster configuration.

Unfortunately no data plates and no frame number to be found. It has a PTO off the transfer case and as you can see from the photo....a gear to drive a chain. From all accounts it appears to not be a wrecker configuration but I could be wrong.

Any ideas?
