Default carrier service book

Does anyone have access to one of these carrier books, that would be willing and able to provide me with a copy of section one.

Default A BIG thankyou!

To Nick for his truly generous efforts in copying material, and sending it to the opposite side of the planet, and not charging me a cent(or should I say, penny)for any thing.
Also thanks to Jeff for facilitating the possibility, by way of this forum. There are some quality people here.
Thanks again to you both.
