I have recently received "Cromwell & Centaur" by Ian Carter.
On page 25 there is a picture of a 5th Inniskilling Dragoon Guards Cromwell but in the centre and background of the photo is a Ram Kangaroo with the hull side door. The caption places the Ram in Weseke supporting 9th Durham Light Infantry and dates the photo as 29th March 1945. I was surprised that this early model were still in use that late in the war. IWM reference is BU 2823 Any thoughts? Bill? Anyone? Cheers Kevin Last edited by kevinT; 11-10-09 at 17:31. |

Hi Arian,
Try this link. Although the book is not listed there it is available. Reference BK006. Tim Perry is the contact. No connection to the seller. http://www.fighting48th.com/html/books.html Cheers Kevin |
