Hello all,
My name is Carl Dressel I am from Ontario Canada.
I am in the process of starting to restore a carrier, I believe it is a mk11. I was wondering how I would go about getting the history of this unit? The serial number from the top edge of the front armor plate is CT113184 9 17 1942 ford 10217. I have the motor removed as of last week need to locate a coil for it. I have had this unit under cover since 1970.

Welcome aboard Carl

Going by the CT# I think your carrier should be a Mk1*

If you can post up some pictures we could tell you right away. Lots of info on here to help you out.

Look forward to seeing more of your project.

Hello Carl,

Welcome aboard from the Netherlands!

As your Carrier has been stored for a long time I suspect it must be in good shape?
Pictures please!!

Cheers,
