This is what I made except the base .I made the cover out of a half of a 1.5" pipe coupler .I took a 1" bolt and cut a groove for the chain holder 1.5" D x 1/4 " hi . Grind it to fit the coupler and tack weld the head in the coupler. The chain is 14 ,3/8" links the loop at the end has a hold 3/8" .The base part is made out of cast . More on the base to come
